Creativault is focused predominantly around two things…
Providing creatives with a platform to reach their dream clients via our creative directory, where they can showcase their creative business profile(s) - complete with a bio, portfolio images, contact details and enquiry form for prospective clients to make contact.
Supporting our creative community to grow meaningful connections with one another via our online and in-person meetups that fuel awesome creative collaborations.

Creativault is more than a directory, it’s an inspiring hub to celebrate creative talent, an inclusive space for brands and service providers to come together and support each other, creating successful businesses and a happy creative community.

A comprehensive member profile in the directory of your choice that includes your business details, an indepth bio, your logo, profile image, portfolio images, and an enquiry form that pushes enquiries straight to your inbox.
Invitations to in-person meetups Australia wide, as well as online meetups.
A feature on our social media channels, for those that are subscribed for an annual membership, or have been part of the directory for a period of at least 1 year if subscribed quarterly.
The chance to be featured on our newsletter, for those that are subscribed for an annual membership, or have been part of the directory for a period of at least 1 year if subscribed quarterly.
The chance to be featured on our home page, this will be randomly selected and updated monthly.
Members are displayed at random on the directory pages, and shuffled on a regular basis so we can get broader exposure for your profile.
Google will love the additional visibility of your brand on the interwebs, which will be favourable to your brand’s digital footprint and domain authority.
Other than your membership subscription fee, we don’t take a percentage or ‘cut’ of any connections that you make via the Creativault website that lead to income for your business.

Directory applications are open strictly for the following businesses - graphic designers, website designers, illustrators, copywriters, photographers and videographers.
Businesses must be Australian owned and operated, you will need to supply your ABN or ACN during the application process to verify this.
After purchase of your subscription you will be provided with the link to take you to the application form. You must complete and submit the application form questionnaire in full for review. Once approved your profile will be added to your chosen directory. Applications that are rejected are entitled to a refund.*
One subscription purchase = one directory profile. If you are multidisciplinary and wish to appear in more than one directory you will need to purchase multiple subscriptions and go through each application process independently.
Each applicant must upload a logo and profile image to accompany their member profile. There is a maximum allowance of 8 portfolio images. We highly recommend uploading 8 portfolio images so you can get the most out of your member profile. If you’re a copywriter portfolio images aren’t required.
Ensure all image uploads are supplied as per the specifications required, if we encounter errors this will delay your profile from going live on the directory.

We welcome website designers! You would fit under the ‘Graphic Designer’ directory.
Graphic design spans a very large range of service offerings (website design being one of them), for example there may be a graphic designer that specialises in illustration only and doesn’t do branding at all. Or a graphic designer that is also a website designer. We wanted to find the clearest way to incorporate all the sub-categories of ‘graphic design’ into the one space and putting it under the title of ‘graphic designers’ made the most sense.
You can customise your listing to clearly state your offering and what your ideal projects are, plus you will be found under the search category of ‘website design’. You can also specify your preferred platform, ‘Squarespace’ for example.

The Creativault team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all member profiles, uploading information and allocating the member profile to the directory or directories exactly as the information has been submitted and/or requested by the member in their application form. We will notify you once your profile is live on the website.

Once your membership purchase is processed you will receive a link to the Creativault application page, this page will provide details on what the application entails as well as detailed specifications for your image upload requirements. There will also be a button that takes you to the Google form to start your application process when you’re ready.

Your application may be rejected if…
You are not within the required industry. Applications are open strictly for the following businesses - graphic designers, website designers, illustrators, copywriters, photographers and videographers.
Your businesses is not Australian owned and operated. You will need to supply your ABN or ACN during the application process to verify this.
Applications that are rejected are entitled to a refund.*

We recommend setting aside at least an hour to complete the application process after making your purchase. You will need to think about your answers to some of the questions on a deeper level. You will also need time to prepare your portfolio images to the correct specifications required for upload.
As the application form is a Google form you can come back to complete the form if you’ve already started it but need to complete it later, your answers will be saved.

There is a word limit of 100 for the bio questions, we recommend that you take full advantage of all the words you can and tailor well thought out answers here. You want to get your brand personality to shine in the written word so visitors can get a true sense of what you and your business is about and establish a connection to your vibe. You should also be very clear about the type of projects you want to work on, your dream projects. This way you are less likely to get enquiries from time wasters and people that aren’t the best match for your business.

We are happy to make revisions to your profile, after all things do change and maybe you’ve completed an amazing project you would like to feature on your profile.
There is a limit of 4 rounds of changes permitted per year.
Please email us at info@creativault.com.au with the subject line ‘non critical member profile update request’ and ensure you have clearly stated the changes you wish to make with attachments included to the correct image specifications all in the one email.
If you need to make urgent changes to your profile, such as a change of location, include the subject line ‘critical member profile update request’ in your email.
